    Grilled Asian 5 Spice Shrimp

    List of Ingredients

    * 1-1/2 lbs unpeeled medium shrimp (about 48)
    * 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
    * 3 tbsp fresh orange juice
    * 1/2 tsp grated lime peel
    * 1/2 tsp grated lemon peel
    * 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
    * 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
    * 2 tbsp Asian Five-Spice Vinegar (found in Condiments section)
    * 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper

    Recipe

    Peel shrimp leaving tails intact. Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl. Reserve 1/4 cup; set aside. Combine remaining marinade and shrimp in a large ziploc plastic bag; seal and shake to coat. Marinate in refrigerator 1 hour. Thread 6 shrimp onto each of eight 10 inch skewers; discard marinade. Prepare grill or broiler. Place kebabs on grill rack or broiler pan that has been coated with cooking spray**; cook 3 minutes on each side or until shrimp are done. Remove from grill and drizzle with reserved 1/4 cup marinade.

    Note: 6 shrimp of this size should yield 2 oz. Check and adjust accordingly!
