16 ounces halibut fillets (or any other firm fish)
1/2 cup fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon dried onions
16 ounces canned sliced tomatoes, undrained
1 tablespoon dried parsley
Recipe
Place fish in shallow dish. Combine lime juice, onion, tomatoes and parsley; pour over top of fish. Bake uncovered at 400¼F for 15-20 minutes. Makes 8 portions of 2 oz protein A.
