    Mahi Mahi & Pineapple Rice

    List of Ingredients

    * Mahi Mahi fillets
    * 1 lime
    * 1/2 lemon
    * dill seasoning
    * seafood seasoning
    * 3/4 cup white wine
    * cooked rice
    * crushed pineapple

    Recipe

    Using a large piece of heavy duty tin foil, place Mahi fillets on top. Squeeze lime and lemon juice over top. Sprinkle with dill and seafood seasoning. Add wine and tightly seal tin foil. Bake at 450 degrees for 30 minutes or until fish is done. Add crushed pineapple to rice and heat if necessary.
