List of Ingredients
1/2 C cold sticky rice
chopped up cucumber
2 oz. cold cooked salmon
a few dashes of rice vinegar.
Recipe
Lay out spinach leaves (lettuce is too inflexible, I think). Put a 1/4 inch layer of rice, spread a few bits of cucumber, the rice vinegar, and a small strip of salmon on the spinach leaf, (you will need good sized ones) and roll the concoction into a roll.
