3 trout fillets
garlic powder
1/4 cup white wine
juice of half a lemon
garlic
dill
Recipe
Sprinkle trout fillets with garlic powder. Heat a non-stick pan until hot and spray with non-stick cooking spray**. Saute the trout (starting with skin side first) 2 minutes per side or until done. Take fish out of pan. Add wine and lemon juice and reduce sauce slightly; add some garlic and dill. Pour over fish and serve.
