* red bell pepper
* onion
* pineapple
* precooked shrimp
* precooked scallops
* garlic and dill weed to taste
Recipe
Chunk bell peppers, onions, and pineapple. Thread onto skewers along with shrimp and scallops. Grill in George Foreman grill for a few minutes until heated through. Sprinkle with garlic and dill weed if desired.
Serving Idea: Serve over rice with lemon chunks on the side.
