16 ounces red snapper fillets
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
ground black pepper to taste
4 tablespoons low sodium picante sauce
1/2 whole lime, juiced
nonstick foil
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350F. Place fillets on foil and sprinkle with garlic powder and pepper. Spooon picante sauce over fillets and squeeze lime juice over top. Seal foil to make a packet. Bake for 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily. Makes 8 portions of 2 oz. Protein A
