From member Leslie Mahoney: Here is a recipe I tried the other night. Spicy and hot but good. Could be used with any fish. It was a nice change and satisfies the spicy craving. I could hardly tell I was eating fish thanks to the bay leaves. Quick and easy.
List of Ingredients
* flounder (or any fish)
* bay leaves
(New Release Wrap work great, no sticking)
* red pepper flakes (to your liking)
* onion slices
* lemon slices
Recipe
Lay fish on bed of bay leaves on aluminum foil. (New Release Wrap work great, no sticking). Sprinkle with red pepper flakes (to your liking). Place slices of onions on top and follow with slices of lemons. Pull sides of foil together to cover completely. Throw on grill and cook until it flakes.
