    Tuna Vegetable Salad

    6 oz low-sodium tuna, drained, but not dry
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    chopped cucumbers
    chopped onions
    chopped cilantro
    garlic, lemon pepper, cayenne pepper or other seasonings you like

    Recipe

    Mix all ingredients well.

    Serving Idea: Serve on top salad greens or stuffed inside a tomato shell.
