Vietnamese Spring Rolls

From member emwilcox: My friend makes these wonderful rolls, and tonight I realized that they fit into the plan :-)
List of Ingredients
* Rice paper (you can get this at any oriental market)
* Cooked Shrimp
* Cucumber spears
* Lettuce
* Any other veggies that you like
bean sprouts
chopped cilantro
Recipe
Place rice paper on a plate and wet lightly. Let paper soak in the water, it should now be sticky to the touch and bendable. Place the shrimp and veggies in middle of paper. Roll like a burrito (fold in sides, then roll from one end to the other). The rice paper is sticky enough that it will stay together.
You can either eat as is, or fry these.
Serving idea: Enjoy with fresh ginger and wasabe.
