Shrimp Rice Pasta

List of Ingredients
1 medium sweet onion
1/4 cup chicken broth sodium reduced
3 garlic cloves minced
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
dash black pepper
1 tsp Splenda
3 medium tomatoes
1 can tomatoe sauce salt free
1 lb shrimp, tail off pre cooked (you can also use cooked chicken or turkey chunks)
1 pkg rice pastaRecipe
In blender combine chopped onion with chicken broth and chop till very fine. Pour into hot pan and saute for 15 min. on medium heat. Add remaining ingredients except shrimp. Cover and simmer for 15 - 20 min. Add shrimp and cook for 5-10 minutes until shimp is heated. Pour over cooked rice pasta.
