    Shrimp & SnowPea Stirfry in Ginger Sauce

    List of Ingredients




    1/2 cup water
    2 tablespoons rice wine
    1 tablespoon lite soy sauce
    1 tablespoon arrowroot powder
    2 tablespoons grated fresh gingerroot
    1/3 cup of chicken broth
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1/2 pound snow peas, trimmed
    1/4 pound fresh shiitake mushrooms, sliced
    4 green onions, cut in 1-inch pieces
    1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
    1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
    2 cups cooked short-grain rice

    Recipe



    Whisk together water, rice wine, soy sauce and arrowroot powder, then whisk in ginger, and garlic; set aside.

    Heat Chicken Broth in wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. When hot add peas, mushrooms and onions. Cook for 4 minutes, stirring frequently, until tender-crisp. Add reserved sauce, shrimp. Stir-fry 4 to 5 minutes until shrimp have turned bright pink. Garnish with cilantro. Serve immediately over cooked rice.

    You'll have to weigh the shrip to the amount of oz's you aloud.
