Spicy Shrimp Scampi

4 ounces fresh shrimp
2 cloves garlic
1/2 teaspoon chili pepper minced
1/2 teaspoon lime juice
1 cup white rice cooked
1 tablespoon picante sauce Recipe
Saute 4 oz. fresh shrimp in 1 t olive oil (or use broth or cooking spray) with 2 cloves garlic and 1/2 t each minced chili pepper and lime juice. Serve over 1 C white rice with 1 T
picante sauce. (this would yield 2 servings of 2 oz. protein and 1/2 cup carb.)
