Stacy's Cajun Grilled Fish

List of Ingredients
3 oz. fish filet of your choice (should be about 2 oz after cooking)
Seasonings to taste
Diced tomatoes
onions, bell peppers (if desired)Recipe
Fire up the grill and get it ready to cook! Take a piece of aluminum foil to make a packet. (New release type works best.) Put in your fish, top with seasonings, tomatoes, onions, and peppers. Close packet. Grill until nice and tender and flaky.
I served mine with a side of baked potato and cold cabbage salad. You can make several of these at a time, or cook it at the same time you grill some chicken breasts.
