Either cut a large slab of fish through the side to make a pocket or on thin cuts of fish pile 1/2 the stuffing on the fish and roll up fish around stuffing use a toothpick to hold in place. *you can freeze extra stuffing if you have too much
Bake in 400 degree oven for 15-35 minutes depending on the thickness of your fish. When it flakes with a fork and the stuffing is warm, it is done.
