Tomato-Crab Bake

2 large tomatoes, cut into 1/2" slices
1 Cup Fresh lump crab meat (imitation)
1/2 Cup finely chopped mushrooms
1/2 Cup Finely chopped parsley
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried basilRecipe
Preheat the oven to 350 F. Line baking sheet with no-stick foil. Place tomato slices on baking sheet. In a large bowl combine all other ingredients. Spoon onto tomato slices. Bake 15 minutes, or until hot. Serve over rice with a splash of lemon juice.
