Tuna Casserole

"I found this in The Tri-Color Diet. I'll asterisk the ingredients that should be ommitted while losing weight."
List of Ingredients
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 T oil ***
1 T chopped fresh parsley
1 C diced fresh tomatoes (about 2)
1 t salt ***
1 t sage
1/2 t thyme
fresh ground pepper to taste
dash of cayenne (optional)
2 C cooked brown rice
2 6-oz cans water packed tuna (low sodium, of course)Recipe
1. In a large skillet, saute the onion and garlic till translucent.
2. Add parsley, tomatoes, and seasonings and cook, covered, for 10 minutes.
3. Add the rice and tuna, blend well, and turn into a casserole dish.
4. Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes
