    Tuscan Style Tuna Steaks

    4 4oz tuna steaks (1" thick)
    1/2 lemon, zested
    1tsp dried rosemary
    Small handful flat-leaf parsley
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    ground black pepper
    splash balsamic vinegar

    Recipe



    Place lemon zest, herbs and garlic on cutting board & finely chop. Mix with vinegar. Rub cut lemon on each side of tuna steaks, press herbs into each side. Let set 10 min. Grill on hot George Foreman grill 3-4 min (DO NOT OVERCOOK!) If using gas grill or grill pan, cook about 3 minutes each side over medium heat. Fish will be dry if overcooked!

    Serve with boiled new potatoes with chopped parsley or chives, fresh green beans or roasted asparagus.
