Cabbage-Squash Soup

List of Ingredients
1/4 cup low salt chicken broth
1 medium onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups diced yellow summer squash
1 cup shredded cabbage
2 carrots, peeled and sliced
6 cups water
3 cups low salt canned tomatoes, with juice
2 cups diced potatoes
1 tablespoon dried basil
2 cups green beans, cut in 1" lengths Recipe
Heat broth in a large saucepan. Add onion and garlic, and saute until onion is soft, about 3 minutes. Add squash, cabbage and carrots, and continue to saute for 5 additional minutes. Add water, tomatoes with their juice, potatoes and basil. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer, stirring several times, for 30 minutes. Add green beans and return toa simmer for 5 more minutes.
