Gingery Egg Drop Soup

List of Ingredients
1/2 teaspoon fresh gingerroot, grated
1 cup no salt added chicken broth
1 egg, beaten (or 2 egg whites)
2 tablespoons scallions, chopped
Recipe
In a medium saucepan, add grated gingerroot to the chicken brotha nd bring to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer. Pour the egg into broth slowly, stirring constantly to create egg shreds. Garnish with scallions (or chopped fresh cilantro)
