Pumpkin Soup 2

List of Ingredients
1 large onion, minced
2 cups low salt chicken stock, defatted
1 1/2 cups pureed cooked pumpkin
1/2 teaspoon dried roegano
1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
Recipe
In a 2 quart saucpean, cook the onions in 2 tbl. f the stock until limp. Add the remaining stock, pumpkin, oregano and hot pepper sauce. Simmer for 15 minutes.
