Pureed Root Vegetable Soup

List of Ingredients
parsnips
1 can chicken broth
1/4 lrg red cabbage cut up
1 lrg sweet potato cut up
4 carrots cut up
lemon juice

I first took parsnips and boiled them - 20 min Strained them and put them into the blender along with a can of chicken broth. This I put aside into my soup pot.
* The broth from the parsnips I added a can of Chicken broth along with the following all cut up:
1/4 of a large red cabbage
1 large sweet potato
4 carrots
* Boiled this for 20 minuets and then into the blender. I then added this to my soup pot and brought to a boil well stirring added in splash of lemon and then salt and ground pepper. Cooled it down and left in the fridge over night. We had it for lunch today, heated of course.
