List of Ingredients
1 pound ground turkey or beef
16 ounces Muir Glen Tomato Puree
16 ounces purified water
1/2 onion, chopped
1 cup spinach
1 cup green beans, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 medium red bell pepper, chopped
1/2 medium green bell pepper, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 bay leaf
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped Recipe
Brown the meat in skillet over medium heat until it is no longer pink. Drain fat. Place the browned mat with all other ingredients in a lrge pot. Cook over medium low heat for about 1 hour. remove the bay leaf and serve hot. Variation: substitute cooked, diced chicken for the beef
