List of Ingredients
1 Can of Light and Fat Free Chicken Broth
3 lbs of chicken cutlets
1 Lg Bell pepper
1 sm bag of baby carrots (Frozen)
6 stocks of Celery ( or more if you want)
2 med size Parsnips & Turnips
1 Lg onion
1 tsp of black pepper
1 tsp of garlic powder ( or to taste)
1Tbsp of parsley
1 tsp of basil leaves
1 tsp of Dill Or fresh dill is best!
Recipe
In a lg Pot put the Can of chicken broth and cutlets into the pot and bring to a boil. When the chicken is cooked take them out and cut into bite size pieces. set aside. Clean and cut Pepper, Celery, Parsnips onions & Turnips into bits size pieces and Put into the pot. Add seasonings and chicken and cover and let simmer!
