Curried Cauliflower Potage

From member MickiF: Hi everyone. Just started today but decided to "rehearse" last night with some cooking ideas (former chef, I couldn't help it). I had leftover steamed (very soft) cauliflower in the fridge and voila. Here's my really quick and fabulously thick "potage". Very satisfying and great as a first course.
List of Ingredients
* 3 cups cooked cauliflower
* 1 can low-sodium chicken broth
* 1 tbsp curry powder
* dash low-sodium soy sauce
* lots of black pepper
* dash cayenne pepper
Recipe
Pour all ingredients into food processor and process until very thick and completely blended. Transfer into pot or microwave rice cooker and heat thoroughly until piping hot.
