List of Ingredients
* 2 cans of low-sodium chicken broth (or your own chicken stock)
* sliced fresh white mushrooms
* spinach
* 1 cup of water if needed
* ground black pepper
* Mrs. Dash Italian Seasonings (optional)
Recipe
Bring the chicken broth to a boil and pepper, mushroom, and spinach. Cook for additional 5 minutes or until spinach is wilted.
