Hamburger Barley Soup

List of Ingredients
2 stalks celery cut small
1 medium onion chopped
4 carrots scraped & cut small (4 to 5)
3/4 cup pearl barley (quick O.K.) up to 1
5 medium potatoes peeled &cut small
1 1/2 pounds hamburger
2 Herbox broth packages
Pepper to taste
Recipe
Brown hamburger in dutch oven and drain well. Put hamburger, celery, onion, carrots, broth packages, in dutch oven, add water to almost top of pot. Boil slow for about 1 hour. Add barley, potatoes, and pepper to taste. Cook until potatoes are done.
