Red Pepper Soup

List of Ingredients
6 cups prepared bouillon
1 onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 stalks celery, chopped
4 red bell peppers, cut in chunks
1 pound red potatoes, cut into chunks
1 tablespoon chili powder
pinch of cayenne to taste
Recipe
*to determine number of servings, measure your potatoes once they're cubed and divide by 1/2 or 1 cup portions (whichever is appropriate for your plan) -- end result is the number of servings you should divide the recipe into.
Combine all ingredients in a large pot. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat and simmer 30-40 minutes, or until the vegetables are very soft. Blend with a hand blender until smo9oth. Adjust the seasonings and serve.
