    Zucchini-Broccoli Soup

    List of Ingredients

    1 1/3 cups water
    2 medium zucchini, sliced
    1 1/2 cups chopped broccoli
    1/2 tsp. minced garlic
    2 cubes of chicken bouillon (low salt)
    dash pepper

    Recipe

    Heat the water in a saucepan. Add the zucchini and broccoli and steam until soft. Reserve the leftover water. Drop the bouillon cubes into the leftover water and stir until dissolved. In a blender, puree all the ingredients (including the broth) until smooth.
