    List of Ingredients




    Basic Chicken Soup to go:
    1/4 cup instant brown rice, uncooked
    1/4 cup no salt added dried veggies (like carrots, tomatoes, etc)
    1 1/2 teaspoons very low sodium chicken bouillon granules
    1/2 teaspoon dried parsley, crumbled
    1/2 teaspoon dried minced onion
    1/8 teaspoon dried thyme, crumbled
    1/8 teaspoon pepper

    Basic Beef Soup To Go:
    1/4 cup uncooked instant brown rice
    1/4 cup no salt added dried veggies
    1 1/2 teaspoons very low salt beef bouillon granules
    1 teaspoon dried shallots
    1/2 tablespoon dried parsley, crumbled
    1/8 teaspoon dried marjoram, crumbled
    1/8 teaspoon pepper

    Recipe



    Combine all ingredients for either chicken or beef soup and mix in a small airtight plastic bag. To prepare soup, pour 1 cup boiling water over the dry mixtue and stir. Let stand for 1-2 minutes or until rice is tender.
