I start with chicken stock Which I make myself...so I know there is no salt.I have to let you know I cook the dump and taste method, so this is all estimated.
2 cups chicken stock
1 T. vinegar
1 Teas. ginger
Bring to a boil.
add
Chinese cabbage shredded small hand full
When tender add the following veggies.
summer squash 2 T chopped zucchini 2 T. choppedsome, onion, mushroom, snow peas and any other fresh veggie that sounds good, and 2 oz. pre-cooked chicken breast and heat through. This meets all the carb. and protein requirements for a meal.
