List of Ingredients
1 lb. Firm Tofu
1.4 C Fresh Lime Juice
3 Tbsp Soy Sauce Substitue (see recipe in main 6wbmo category)
2 tsp splenda
1 Tbsp onion, minced
1 tsp fresh ginger, minced
1 tsp black pepper, freshly ground
2 Tbsp Sesame Seeds ** (this is an off plan ingredient) Recipe
Slice tofu into four pieces lengthwise.
Combine all other ingredients except sasame seeds. Add tofu to the marinade and refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours, turning occasionally.
Return dish to room temperature. Preheat oven to 350. Sprinkle tofu with sesame seeds. Bake for 45 min.
(use as substitute for chicken or other protien in recipies or eaten by it's self.)
I used to eat this with tortilla's, but over rice, diced or mashed potatoes will do just as well
