Afghan Winter Squash

List of Ingredients
1/2 cup sliced onion
(original recipe called for 2 tbl. olive oil for saute)
(original recipe called for 1/2 tsp salt )
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp coriander
1/2 tsp cardamom
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1 butternut squash peeled and cubed (about 3 cups) Recipe
Saute onion in a small casserole (can use cooking spray or broth or water for this step). Stir in cumin, coriander, cardamom, and cloves. Add squash and 1 cup water. Cook until tender.
