1 1/2 cups chopped cooked broccoli, stems & florets
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 medium tomato, chopped
1/2 cup chaned mild green chiles Recipe
Combine broccoli, lemon juice, cumin and garlic in food processor or blender, and process until smooth. Transfer broccoli puree to a bowl. Stir in tomato and chiles. Refrigerate for 1 hour befroe serving. Serve with sticks of carrot and celery.
