1 1/2 cups broccoli stalks, peeled, steamed
1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 clove garlic, minced
1 small tomato, diced
1/4 cup chopped onions
1 green chile pepper, chopped Recipe
Place broccoli stalks, lemon juice, cumin and garlic in a blender or food processor and process until smooth. Add tomato, chopped onions and chile pepper. Chill for 1 hour. Use as a substitute for guacamole.
