Broccoli Latkes

List of Ingredients
1 pound broccoli chopped small
2 pounds potatoes scrubbed- cubed into small pieces
1 onion peeled, finely chopped
3 cups water
1/2 teaspoon celery seeds
pepper to taste Recipe
Cook all the ingredients in a large covered pot over medium heat for 20 minutes. Drain mixture. Mash ingredients together.
Heat oil (or use cooking spray) in large non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Form 10 pancakes. Fry 8 minutes on one side. Flip and fry for another 5 minutes on the other side. Serve warm.
