5 cups chopped broccoli
2 tablespoons low sodium tomato juice
2 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon fresh minced lemon peel
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
2 tablespoons low sodium chicken broth

Place broccoli in a steamer basket over boiling water and steam until crisp-tender, about 4 minutes. Heat tomato juice in a skillet. add garlic and sature for 30 seconds. Stir in lemon peel and rosemary, and saute for 1 additional minute.. Add broth and lemon juice, and simmer until liquid is reduced to about 1 tbl., about 1 minute.
