Brussels Sprouts w/ Mushroom Glaze

1 pound Brussels Sprouts
1 cup defatted low salt beef broth
2 teaspoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons dijon mustard
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 cup thinly sliced mushrooms
Recipe
Trim the brussels sprouts and halve lengthwise. Steam until tender, about 10 minutes. Set aside. In a large nonstick frying pan over medium high heat, bring the stock to a boil. Whisk in the lemon juice, mustard, and thyme. add the mushrooms. Boil until the stock is reduced by half, abut 5 minutes. Add the brussels sprouts, toss well to coat with the glaze.
