Butternut-Apple Casserole

1 butternut squash, peeled, seeded cut in chunks
3 apples, cored, peeled and sliced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 cup apple juice Recipe
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine squash and apples with lemon juice ndcinnamon. Place the apple squash mixture in a 1 quart casserole and sprinkle with brown sugar. Pour apple juice over mixture and cover casserole. Bake for 1 hour or until squash is fork-tender.
