    Cut up 1 head of cabbage, one onion and throw into a skillet with low sodium chicken broth (Herbox) simmer until cabbage is tender. Meanwhile, I sliced some potatoes and boiled them until they were tender, then added to cabbage. I threw in a small can of no-salt tomato paste and an 8 oz can of no-salt tomato juice. Hubby added one can of corn (figured there wouldn't be enough of it in there to mess me up with vage/carbs. For seasoning....black pepper, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and dill. Simmer till all is tender (may have to add more broth - don't let it run dry
