Carrots & Snow Peas w/ Parsley

List of Ingredients
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 carros, cut into thin strips
2 tablespoons low sodium chicken broth
1/4 pound snow peas, strings removed
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped Recipe
Saute garlic and carrots in broth in a nonstick skillet for 7-10 minutes. Add snow peas and cook for about 2 minutes, or until crisp-tender. Remove from heat. Stir in parsley and serve. Can substitute 1 tbl. fresh basil for the fresh parsley if desired.
