List of Ingredients
1/2 cup water, chicken or veg. broth, low salt
1 cup chopped onion
1 1/2 cups low salt canned tomato puree
2 tablespoons chopped canned green chiles
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
2 teaspoons ground ginger
2 teaspoons groundcumin
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
6 cups cauliflower florets Recipe
Heat 1/4 cup of the water or broth in a heavy saucepan. Add onins. Cook and stir until onions are tender. Add more liquid during this process if needed. Add tomato puree, chiles, parsley, ginger, cumin, coriander, turmeric and cayenne. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add cauliflower. Simmer, covered, for 20 minutes or until cauliflower is tender.
