Celery with Tomatoes

List of Ingredients
1/4 cup water or wine, or low salt chicken or veg. broth
2 1/2 cups sliced celery
1 onion, finely chopped
3/4 cup low salt tomato juice
1/2 cup white wine
1/2 tablespoon dried basil leaves
1/2 teaspoon dried roegano leaves
pinch white pepper
1 1/2 cups chopped fresh or low salt canned tomatoes Recipe
Heat water, broth or wine in saucepan over medium heat. Add celery and onion. Cook and stir until the onion is soft. Add more liquid during this process if needed. Add tomato juice, wine, basil, oregano and pepper. Cook over low heat for 20 minutes or until celery is tender. Stir in tomatoes. Cook for 5 minutes more.
