    List of Ingredients




    1 1/2 lb fresh asparagus
    1 t soy sauce , low sodium
    1/2 t sugar
    1/2 c water

    Recipe



    Cut asparagus into 1 1/2-inch lengths. Boil water, soy sauce and sugar in a large saute pan over high heat. Add asparagus and reduce heat to low. Simmer until tender-crisp (about 5 minutes). Serve.
