Ginger-Cumin Cauliflower

1/4 cup low salt chicken broth
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
5 cups chopped cauliflower
1/2 cup water
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Recipe
Heat broth in a large skillet. Add garlic, ginger, cumin and turmeric. Saute for 2 minute. Add cauliflower and water. Bringto a boil, reduce hat, cover and simmer until cauliflower is just tender-crisp, about 7 minutes. Sprinkle with pepper.
