Ginger-Cumin Green Beans w/ Cauliflower

3/4 cup low salt chicken broth
1 medium onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 medium potatoes, diced
3 cups chopped cabbage
3 cups chopped cauliflower
2 cups green beans, cut into 1" pieces
2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
cooked rice (for serving) Recipe
Heat 1/4 cup broth in a large saucepan. Add onion and garlic, and saute until onion is just tender, about 3 minutes. Add remainingbroth, potatoes, cabbage, auliflower, beans, cumin, ginger and cayenne. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer until cauliflower is just tender, about 15 minutes.
