Ginger Glazed Carrots

3/4 cup water
1 pound whole baby carrots
2 tablespoons honey Honey Sub [1 cup*1 1/4 cups sugar plus 1/4 cup liquid (use liquid called for in recipe) ]
2 tablespoons orange juice**
3/4 teaspoon McCormick® Ground Ginger
1/8 teaspoon McCormick® Ground Nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Parsley Flakes Recipe
1. Place water in skillet. Add carrots; cover, and cook over medium heat 5 to 6 minutes or until carrots are slightly tender. Drain, leaving carrots in skillet.
2. Combine honey, orange juice, ginger, and nutmeg, In a small bowl. Pour over carrots.
3. Cook, uncovered, over medium heat, 4 to 5 minutes, stirring frequently to glaze carrots. Sprinkle with parsley just before serving
