Glazed Carrots

(1lb) carrots sliced thin
(2T) lemon juice
(1t) brown sugar twin
(1/4 t) ginger
(1/8 t) salt sub
(1/8t) dry mustardRecipe
Saute carrots in non-stick pan until tender.
I added water and kept an eye to be sure the water didn't run out.
When carrots are tender, add other ingredients and cook 8-10 minutes.
