Greek-Style Cauliflower

List of Ingredients
1/2 large onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon crushed fennel seeds
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 medium head cauliflower, broken into florets
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1 tablespoon fresh squeezed lemon juice
ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional) Recipe
Coat a large nonstick skillet with no stick spray. Add the onions, garlic, oregano, fennel seeds and cinnamon. Cover and cook over medium high heat for 3-4 minutes, or untilt he onions are golden. If needed, add 1-2 tsp. water to prevent sticking.
Add the cauliflower, tomato sauce and lemon juice. Season with the black pepper. Bring the mixture to a boil. cover and reduce the heat to medium. Cook for 8 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender. Sprinkle with the red pepper flakes if using.
