Green Beans with Mushrooms

1/4 cup low sodium chicken broth
1 tablespoon red wine viengar
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
2 cups fresh green beans, cut in 2" lengths
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
2 cups chopped yellow summer squash
2 medium tomatoes, cut into wedges Recipe
Combine broth, vinegar, oregano and mustard in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Add beans. Return to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Add mushrooms and squash, and simmer for 3 additional minutes. Add tomatoes and continue to simmer until all ingredients are heated through, about 2 more minutes. Serve at once.
